Welcome to the Hut at Pengelli, a family run Shepherd’s Hut located within the small rural parish of Llanfabon in South Wales. Nestled within 18 acres of private and secluded farmland conveniently located between the Brecon Beacons and Cardiff City centre, the Hut provides the ultimate retreat or those who wish to reconnect with nature in a luxury setting. Pitch up a tent if travelling with children and bring your four-legged friends along to enjoy the countryside 🐾
THE ACCOMMODATION
The Shepherd's Hut, handmade by a local South Wales craftsman, is furnished with everything you need, including underfloor heating, a woodburner, a fully-furnished kitchen, shower and toilet facilities, Wi-Fi and television, as well as a secure cycling station for those travelling with bikes.
Our kitchen facilities include a fridge-freezer, oven, hob, toaster, and kettle. We also provide breakfast and cooking staples for you to enjoy a stress-free stay
Ample parking is available at the Farm for those travelling by car with 24-hour CCTV surveillance to put your minds at ease
We offer a king-sized bed furnished with hypoallergenic down duvets and pillows for those suffering with allergies
We are happy to cater for any special occasions or add ons if notified in advance
Enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding mountains from our ariondak chairs and bespoke firepit, fully stocked for your stay
